Document User Stories, FSD, UML diagrams and Use Cases for different functionalities. Write Structured Query Language (SQL) using knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehousing, (EDW), Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix(RTM) using requisite pro; Perform UAT, test scripts and test plan; Develop reports using PeopleSoft Query using knowledge of the HR functions (staffing, learning, compensation, benefits etc.)

Masters Degree in job offered or in related occupation, and 12 months exp. in the job offered, or related occupation.
